Book now for Facing Change Fearlessly, a four week short-course to equip you with the skills to handle change in your personal or professional life. It includes coaching exercises, worksheets and reflection prompts. There will also be insights into how best to harness the character traits that can support you to cope with change.
The course starts in late June and will be delivered to your inbox weekly. It’s designed to be completed at your own pace, with activities that can be done away from a screen.
