Journal Pages For Coaching

These journal pages are designed to help coaches, mentors and their clients get the most out of their sessions. Putting thoughts onto paper, before and after a coaching session, can help to process them. The journal page can also help prompt discussion about how to create a safe coaching space, how the relationship is working and what actions are being committed to.
