What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversation(s) with someone, with the aim of unlocking the potential that already exists within you. The coach’s role is to hold a mirror up to you, so you can see what is really going on in your situation. Coaches do not give you the answers, they act as an empathetic provocateur, helping you to find answers for yourself within a safe space.
