How we work

We offer a free consultation to discuss your requirements. Our approach is rooted in recognised project methodology but always tailored to meet the project maturity of your organisation and the reality of day-to-day challenges. Projects and people don’t tend to follow the textbooks!

Costs are kept simple – a day rate that includes travel and expenses, with no hidden extras. Full professional indemnity and public liability insurance is held.
